Overwhelming Aspirations

In a world that always focuses on extreme things, it’s crucial to notice and appreciate the beauty in ordinary stuff. Even simple things like a daisy or our daily routines have something special about them. We should make an effort to find the hidden beauty in our everyday lives and understand its importance, even if it doesn’t seem remarkable at first.

The Average

Big dreams are what they talk about, right? But have you ever wondered how big those dreams can really be? It’s something I’ve pondered since my school days, and let me tell you, it’s a game-changer! Picture this: a battlefield. Now, imagine everyone fighting for the top rank. Sounds intense, doesn’t it? But here’s the thing — not everyone needs to reach the absolute throne. There’s a place for each of us at different levels. Just think of it as an illustration to get your gears turning.

When we talk about the term “average” can be defined as follows:

  • Pertaining to or characteristic of an average.
  • Determined or estimated by calculating an average.
  • Typical, ordinary, or common.
  • Equitable, fair, or just.
  • Moderate in quality, neither excellent nor poor; characterized by mediocrity.

Settling for Less or More

Why be satisfied with being average when life has so many possibilities? In our lively culture, we believe that each of us is meant for great things. It’s normal to hesitate and feel like accepting being average means settling for less, stopping our personal growth, and making our lives less valuable. But here’s the truth: by unlocking our potential, we can go beyond being average, continuously improve ourselves, and truly make our lives meaningful and important.

The Fades Away

Accomplish what you truly wish to accomplish with no judgments and no lofty expectations. You will learn to measure yourself

Here are three ways I’ll embrace “the beauty of the average”:

  • In life, everything is temporary, including the things we achieve and own. Embracing an average lifestyle helps us steer clear of getting too attached to extremes.
  • Comparing ourselves to others is a common habit that can make us feel humble. It’s a real thing that we can’t ignore. Sometimes, we get caught up in wanting to be better than others because of our ego. But embracing our average abilities helps us find inner peace by letting go of the constant need to compare and compete.
  • Gain a clear awareness of the difficulties and obstacles experienced by people who see themselves as ordinary. Embrace the idea that we are all connected.

In the end, ‘average’ becomes a fading label. You are the superhero of your own life.
